Not sure what type of inspection(s) you need?
Below is a brief summary of the types of inspections we provide. Please call if you have any questions or for additional information.
Home Inspections
A limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home. The inspector prepares and delivers to the client a written report of findings. The client then uses the knowledge gained to make informed decisions about their pending real estate purchase. The home inspector describes the condition of the home at the time of inspection but does not guarantee future condition, efficiency, or life expectancy of systems or components.
Pool Inspections
The intent of a pool inspection is to evaluate the current condition of all accessible pool components and the inspection consists of four phases.
Energy Inspections
An inspection of 45 critical house components related energy use then scoring the home on a scale of 1 to 100. A 100 would represent a home with good energy performance whereas a 1 would represent a home that needs extensive energy upgrades.
Construction Inspections
We offer phase inspections for your construction project. Phase inspections are normally conducted in three inspections.
- Pre-Pour of the foundation.
- Pre-Drywall and Insulation.
- Final home completed inspection
Draw Inspections
Draw inspections are normally conduct for the financial institution you have your construction loan with. As you or your builder construct a new home, draws will be made against your construction loan. The bank at this point will ask for a draw to occur and the inspector will go to the job site and report on the progress in a written report to the bank. Please call me if you have questions or need pricing on draw inspections.
